Music only recording is supported by MP3 audio compression to be compatible with a wide variety of MP3 players. Records fromany analog video source including DVD player, TV,TiVo, VCR, or any cable/satellite set-top box. Encodes hi-quality H.264 video with AAC audio at 320×240 resolution. Encodes music using MP3 encoding standard. For audio only recordings of music CD’s a separate file is created for each track. Supportsboth Windows and Macintosh iPods. Charges iPodwhen connected. USB card readers let you use many removable storage devices with iRecord (SD, MMC, Memory Stick, CompactFlash, etc.). Firmware can be easily updated through its USB port whenever new product features are made available. Includes required power adapter and audio/video cables. Lets you do scheduled recordings on iPod using a PC/Mac based utility. The utility also lets you set/select audio bit-rates, recording timer, file-split duration, audio codec and other parameters.
