Ok, she didn’t get it; a lot of people don’t, especially older folks who haven’t grown up with technology. But why did “tech support” have to make this available? To embarrass her? Shame on them.
Wow, that was some seriously retarded crap. I like at the end where she’s like “how many calls have you gotten about this”. I’ve met some pretty retarded people in my life, but they at least knew how to use tabs in firefox. Heck, my dad is almost 70, just got into computers like, a year ago, still needs me to fill in his credit card info, and HE knows how to use tabs in Firefox. This lady should be banned from the Internet. Seriously.
I have had users way worse than this. I had a user try and enter her email password on the phone’s keypad. This isn’t shit compared to some of what I’ve seen.
